This User Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how GoodDeeds Innovations Ltd., and its affiliates (“GoodDeeds”) collect, use, store and share user (“you”) personal data when using GoodDeeds’ website at GoodDeeds.AI (“Site”) or software application (“App”) at app.GoodDeeds.AI (the Site and App, collectively, the “Platform”).

Applicability

  1. You are not under any legal obligation to submit personal data to GoodDeeds. However, in case you choose not to submit personal data you might not be able to use the Platform.
  2. GoodDeeds may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating it in the Platform; therefore you should check back periodically. In case of material changes in the Privacy Policy’s terms, GoodDeeds will inform you via email and/or will seek your prior consent, as shall be required by applicable laws.

Personal Data collected by GoodDeeds

We may collect the following data:

  1. Contact details (e.g. full name, email, role, current job, etc.);

  3. Any communication in the Platform (e.g. conversations, chat sessions ,etc.);

  4. Your feedback regarding GoodDeeds services;

  7. Content you viewed or searched for, page response times, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs);

  10. From public sources, for example, Form 990 tax returns, which are publicly available online, annual reports submitted to government entities or otherwise posted online, publicly available websites, and other public sources online.

  11. From other users of the Website (e.g. users who control the profile for their organizations can add other employees of the organization as users, with their consent).

  12. Information from social media platforms. We receive information from you when you interact with our pages, groups, accounts or posts on social media platforms. This includes aggregate data on our followers (e.g., age, gender and location), engagement data (e.g., “likes,” comments, shares, reposts and clicks), awareness data (e.g., number of impressions and reach) and individual users’ public profiles. As disclosed above, we may also gather information from publicly available online sources, including user’s social media platforms.

Personal Data collected by third parties

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, links, or any other content that are offered by third parties on the Platform and/or the Services. You should check the applicable third-party agreements, and/or other third-party policies. GoodDeeds does not have any control over such third parties’ privacy practices, or the technology used by such third parties in order to collect any personal data. You should thoroughly review such third parties privacy policies before making any use of such third-party’s products and services.

Use of Personal Data

GoodDeeds collects and processes your personal data to improve the Platform and/or the services provided by GoodDeeds to you (the “Services”), including but not limited to:

  1. Creating and managing your account;
  2. Communicating with you with respect to the Platform and/or the Services;
  3. Providing assistance and support;
  4. Provide you with the necessary information with respect to the services;
  5. Run, develop and maintain GoodDeeds’ Platform and/or business;
  6. Fulfil and perform obligations under applicable laws. This includes data processed for complying with our bookkeeping obligations and providing information to relevant authorities such as tax authorities;
  7. Internal purposes (e.g. troubleshooting, data analysis, testing and statistical purposes);

Claims handling, debt collection and legal processes; Except as provided herein, GoodDeeds does not use any personal data other than as necessary to provide the Platform and/or the Services, without obtaining your prior consent. GoodDeeds may ask for your consent to use your personal data for a specific purpose that will be provided to you.

Cookies and third-party services

  1. GoodDeeds uses tracking mechanisms such as cookies and web beacons in order to provide and improve the Platform and/or the Services.

  4. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, links or any other content that may be offered by third parties on the Platform. By clicking on a link to a third-party website or service on the Platform, a third party may also transmit cookies to you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and GoodDeeds is not responsible for such third parties privacy policies and practices. GoodDeeds does not have any control over any third parties’ privacy practices, or the technology used by any third parties in order to collect any personal data. Each User is advised to thoroughly review such third parties privacy policies before making any use of such third party’s products and services.

Sharing Personal Data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless one of the following circumstances applies:

  1. Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to taxation;
  2. Comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process;
  3. Respond to a lawful request by a government authority, law enforcement agency or similar government body;
  4. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address crime and/or security issues;
  5. GoodDeeds believes that a release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply GoodDeeds’ terms and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or security of GoodDeeds. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction;
  6. Engage with third-party service providers, which provide services for GoodDeeds’ business operations. Such service providers are for example our internet service providers and accounting company. Our agreements with the service providers include commitments that the service providers agree to limit their use of personal data and to comply with privacy and security standards at least as stringent as the terms of this Privacy Policy;
  7. We may share personal data with GoodDeeds’ partners to perform Services to you;
  8. Disclose to third parties aggregated or de-identified information about you for marketing, advertising, research, or other purposes;
  9. If GoodDeeds is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer your personal data to the third party involved. However, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of all personal data. We will give you a notice in case personal data are transferred or become subject to a different Privacy Policy, as shall be required by applicable laws.
  10. We may share personal data with third parties for other reasons than the ones mentioned above, when we have your explicit consent to do so in accordance with applicable law. You have a right to withdraw such consent at any time.

Security

GoodDeeds has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe and secure in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and any other form of unauthorized processing. You should be aware, however, that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

International Storage

You should be aware that personal data GoodDeeds collects may be transferred to, processed and stored outside your jurisdiction, and that data protection laws in the jurisdiction where the information is collected stored and/or processed may differ from your jurisdiction. You hereby give consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information outside its jurisdiction.
